..2 thoughts here:

1st is I'm glad to see the concern for these old girls (no offense,
ladies)..i'd rather play on/work on these instruments than a spinet or a
poorly scaled Baby any time..

2nd is put my name down in the *re-build* list..re-conditioned to me means
re-pin, re-bush, etc...re-build to me means re-string, keytops, soundboard
work, pinblock..i don't have to tell this list whatever else..

just my 1.25 cents (that's all the rookie's opinion is worth!)
