Hi List, Some factories use a long rod filled with flat washers to lay across the back of the keys to weight them down for leveling and dipping. Does anybody know the proper size of washer and rod to provide enough weight and travel for eack key? The trick seems to be finding a rod strong enough to carry the washers that also has a small enough diameter relative to the ID of the washers to allow for individual key travel, as well as finding a size of washer that will hold the keys down yet not be so big as to make handling a 4' string of them impractical.
