Baldwin Tuning Pin problem?

Jerry:
	I work at a Baldwin dealership, and also have come across many which
have the same occasional loose pins.  Although, as you mentioned, they
are tunable, it makes one wonder why they aren't all the same.  Why the
pitch won't come down when you turn the pin, you may be right about the
pressure bar, although I have never experienced this problem on the
Hamiltons (or any other new Baldwin).
