Beethoven in the Temperaments

I recently went through a demonstration of the newest Allen electronic
organ, the Renaissance.  One of the features it contained was a choice
of seventeen(17) different temperaments instantly accessible.  What a
nightmare!!!  They all sounded good, but which one would you use?  One
less decision I'd rather not have to make.
