Steve:
	Check to see that the sticker is seated in the end of the keystick.  If
your piano has that extra rail with the stickers poking out of the top,
check to see if the leather or felt above the capstans hasn't bunched
up.  Check to see if the top of the jack is under the butt felt, holding
the hammer forward.  My suspicion is that you may have accidentally
moved/broken something in your attempt to remove/replace the action. 
Also, check to see if the bridle strap regulation is like the others
next to it, or if the bridle wire is bent, or rubbing something next to
it.  A dropped screw loose in the action can also cause problems, and in
a spinet you can't see it very well.  How 'bout some dirt under the back
rail?  Did you notice this before you removed the action?
