Slightly off topic: broken treble wire. I tuned for a restaurant where the new piano player was always breaking strings. The hammers were somewhat soft as per request of the former, long-time, piano player. New brighter hammers cured the breakage problems because the guy didn't have to slam the keys so hard to get whatever sound he wanted. He had to play softer. Jon Page Harwich Port, Cape Cod, Mass.
