Newton, Yes, I'm very aware of that but have been told that this particular piece, Voice of the Whale, has minimal "preparation". Primarily tape & some chalk marks, with a little LIGHT chisel on the strings. Anyway, it looks now like I won't have to do that rebuild in time for the concert. I've come up with several other acceptable alternative possibilities.
