I wouldn't worry about this guy.
His therapist says he has a grip on his excessive/compulsive
tendencies now and the 'incident' with the last tuner (which
landed him a lengthy institutional observation period) has an
extremely slim chance of reoccurring, as long as he maintains
his medication regiment.

Part of the cleaning may be the little bits that the forensic lab
technicians missed. There may even be some case touch-up
(burn-in) where the axe grazed off his shoulder on the first blow.
