Hello Orlano, and welcome to the list.
Tracking should be easy. Follow the speaking string to the bridge,
across the bridge to the string length just back of the bridge and those
are the strings involved for that note. This is time consuming even for
those of us with some sight. If you want to do this quickly then put
some wedges in place to act as guide markers.
Sometime the duplex scale is so close to in tune that it will interfere
with the unisons you are trying to tune. If this is the source you can
use some tape, I prefer new electrical tape because it does not leave
adhesive on the strings, and mute out the duplex scale.
If this does not quiet the false beats then you do have false beats in
the piano and you will have to live with it until the piano can be
rebuilt.
