You can find out easily if your computer supports 2000

Just get to the dos prompt type "date" hit enter

Then type 12/31/1999.  Hit enter

Then type "time" Hit enter

Type 11:59:59.00 pm.

Hit enter

Then type "date" hit enter

If your computer is up to date you should see the date 1/1/2000

My pentium running windows 3.1 is O.K.
