By your comment the dealer a/o you realize there might be a better piano
that could withstand this particular environment more easily.  Providing
this event with that better piano would be an excellent move for all
concerned.

I have found that Dampp-Chaser systems generally improve stability in a
piano in the majority of environmental situations.
