Several months ago, before I found out it was best to not respond in any fashion, I replied to three of these clowns with "Please remove me etc etc". It didn't seem to make any difference one way or the other. Maybe you'll be lucky too. Now I just delete them. At least they aren't so big that the download time is significant. I have spoken.
