Let's imagine that we were literally SPEAKING:

If we only count those which SOUND like "F" versus "V", we can lower the
counts by 3.

So... We now have rationalized the following correct answers:

1,  3,  4,  5,  6,  7,  8.

==Quod capita tot sensus==

Kinda like the answers you get from the IRS. :-{
