Corroded Balance Weights

I have a circa 1960 EHRBAR Grand 5'8" in which many of the lead
weights in the keys have corroded and swollen to the point where some
of the keys have split and others the poor quality lead has expanded
and rubs against the next key.

Can anyone please offer advise for the removal, repair and replacement
of these lead weights.
