Is this normal procedure?

That is a bunch of work in a short time.  I do schools a lot, and I can
knock off 8 a day (10 a day when I was younger).  Count it out with
knowing how many you can do per day, how many other jobs you'll have to
do during that time etc.  The school district here is much better
organized than that.  I have been doing it since 1981.
