Is this normal procedure?

Bill,

Thus saith the billbrpt:
>I am not concerned about "peace" on the List from these people. If they are
>irritated enough by the rage that their own ignorance creates, they may choose
>to unsubscribe.

No, they won't unsubscribe and make you happy. The people on this list are
far more intelligent than that. What they will do is to quickly delete any
or all messages from either you or me, probably unread.

It truly must be comforting to know that you are the guardian of all
knowledge and that all other people who might differ with you are therefore
ignorant and can thusly be safely ignored.

If you truly _are_ the arbiter of truth and ignorance, and you wish to
impart true knowledge to others and bring them into the fold, as it were,
then maybe you _should_ be concerned about the rabble's sentiments and
sensibilities.

As I said to you off-list:
>BTW - do you have any Jewish customers who could fill you in on just
exactly the "final solution" to which you so glibly refer actually was??
Try talking to one who has a tattoo on their arm for the best perspective.

One other small example of why this concern of sensibilities might be true:

I was NOT the only person on this list who shunned the HT session at
Providence because they knew _you_ were there, and were familiar with your
persona.

So much for spreading the word...
