Trying to locate Doug Kirkwood

I'm trying to get in contact with Doug Kirkwood.  If anyone knows his E-mail
address (the one listed in the 1998 PTG Directory does not work) please let me
know.  

I've made it as far as his answering machine, but haven't heard back.
