Hi, once again I thought I should post the business for sale by Larry Sinz
in the North San Diego area. He has had one person fly out to check it out
who said he thought it was under priced but he was not able to adjust to
the warmer climate (he was from Alaska).

This business is definitely not for a brand new beginner. Larry has kept
his database uptodate. He has many fine discriminating customers with fine
pianos. He is willing to help the new technician get acquainted with the
customers by letters and phone calls. Larry will require a down payment
from the person who takes over this business.

I would jump at this if I were wanting to relocate. I know some his 
customers. Good class of people to work with.
