Yo ROB!!

I, for one, would like to hear the fix for this ........ me being an
installer and all. The fact that it's a PianoDisc equipped piano makes my
ears perk up.

Me thinks, as I recall, that there's a rubber tipped bolt located at the
base of the whippen rail in the area of your demise at the break in the
scale. If this bolt is missing, try glueing some felt ....... back rail
felt or similar to accomodate clearance for the whippens. You might also,
if you felt brave enough and were up on your heart medication, try to bend
the whippen rail slightly. Usually there's enough room for such adjustment
in the whippen cushions to accomodate.
