I tuned for an older woman whose eyesight has been failing for some time,
but wants to keep playing as long as she can. The callback was unexpected,
as I thought I had done well by this neglected Steiff grand. She sat down
and said, 'this sounds funny right in here', and proceeded to play a one
finger C scale, octave 6. I had to explain to her that right in the middle
of that scale, the  dampers stop.
