You have to perform two steps.

First, from the address where you don't want to receive the pianotech
e-mails anymore, send an e-mail to Majordomo@ptg.org.  This e-mail
should contain ONLY the message    unsubscribe pianotech

Second, from the address where you want to begin receiving the pianotech
e-mails, send an e-mail to Majordomo@ptg.org.  This e-mail should
contain ONLY the message     subscribe pianotech

And that should take care of it for you!
