I realize that a piano can't be adequately appraised in the absence of information about it. I may be a neophyte, but I'm not a blithering idiot. I am unfamiliar with Harringtons, and I don't yet have an Ancott. All I was hoping for was something generic like: "Harrington's were never very good pianos. Unrebuilt $250-$500, recent rebuild, top condition $3,000-$5,000." I guess I should have stated that in my original post. Sorry for wasting bandwidth. -- Jerry Hunt Dallas, TX
