Hey Ya'll, I am a budding piano tooner-not rpt status by a long shot-but my room mate introduced me to access 97 for my budding piano business. It is totally cool. He worked up a program whereby I could do a business solicitation letter (sent to churches, schools and the like) and with addresses entered into the program can mail merge for envelopes and letters. The data base also allows you to track your marketing program by being able to query when letters were sent, how many responses and who your current clients are. As a shameless advertisement for my room mate-for a small fee he can do the same for you! I am that impressed with the software thank ya'll Patrick Greene
