Avery, I saw one leave the dealer floor no more than 6 months ago for 19k..whoever teched it before me LOVE laquer, because the 6th octave was so bright that i HAD to voice it back some..i couldn't stand it..this piano was 20+ years old..was used in a college in Upstate NY, and it had alot of life in it..from your description, anything in the low 20's is a good price..hell..it's a great price for a 9 footer. the rookie's 1.5 cents, Phil
