Jonathan, OK, I got it, my mistake. Hey, if we all didn't have faults, and plenty to go around, we wouldn't have anything to talk about. Unfortunately, the line between an outright lie, company policy, and unfortunate circumstance is defined differently by the offender, than by the offendee. Either of which can be defined by the participants, as the other. I have been looked at down he noses of experts and have been 'handled' by the APSCO telephone voice in this manner too, but it's been a while. I've gotten considerably more pugnacious with age (you might have noticed) and tend to get testy right back at them when this happens. It never fails to screw up all hope of meaningful communication, but it helps my blood pressure tremendously. I phoned in an order for agraffes today and talked to a very nice lady (perhaps a little too tall), with no problem at all. We'll see how it goes if the agraffes are late. later, Ron
