upright pinblock replacement/Tuning pin angle

Another consideration, --Whatever the angle, the tuner should have the
option of using the shortest tuning hammer tip with the most comfortable
angle while tuning with the hammer parallel to the strings.  Regard
should be given for clearance with pressure bars, upright lids, etc. in
conjunction with proper pin angle.
