Regulation is a straight forward procedure and should be completed in the factory so it comes out of the box ready to play and enjoy, tuning aside. It was so in the 'old days' and should be so now. The Baldwin store cannot enforce an exclusion of any qualified service. This has been tried in the past, in court, and the company lost, so there are precedents. If the piano is so unsatisfactory request a replacement, sell it someone else and get another. No need to have a piano of that gutless. Get rid of it. The sooner the better.
