Pianos that arrive unregulated?

Regulation is a straight forward procedure and should be completed in
the factory so it comes out of the box ready to play and enjoy, tuning
aside. It was so in the 'old days' and should be so now.

The Baldwin store cannot enforce an exclusion of any qualified service.
This has been tried in the past, in court, and the company lost, so
there are precedents.

If the piano is so unsatisfactory request a replacement, sell it someone
else and get another. No need to have a piano of that gutless. Get rid
of it. The sooner the better. ALso you might consider contacting
Baldwin about it.
