Knight console

One of my customers has a Knight console made in 1963. She wants to
know what to ask for it. I hope I'm not out of line in asking the list.

I tuned the piano last December, at which time it was 16.4 cents flat
at A2 and about 7 cents flat at A3 and C5. Humidity was 55%. I glued
minor cracks in the bass bridge, and de-crusted the damper heads, which
indicated to me that it's seen some high and low humidity. There were
apparently a few small cracks in the first lamination of the pinblock.

Larry Fine's third edition Piano Book lists new Knight prices at $8,600
to $10,000. I'm thinking she could ask as much as $3,000 and come down
to $2,000 if necessary. Anyone care to comment? If the question is
inappropriate, let me have it (gently). Thanks!
