---------- > From: Don Mannino <dmannino@kawaius.com> > To: ' mind is made up!" Well, I don't hate WD-40 (I have a can in the garage, > really!) but I don't use it in pianos. I agree with Don, I use WD-40 (for garage type applications), but I have found that it works well as a moisture displacer, and a -temporary- lubricant. In my experience, it has been worthless as a "long term" lubricant. I am not a piano tech, and would not want to argue with those who have had good luck with it in their piano applications, but I would immediately change technicians if I saw a can of WD-40 near my B! Regards, Mike
