Jon, Yamaha this early Spring agreed to replace the keyboard on a C7 in
a high school I recently started servicing. The piano is 2 years out of
warranty (12 years old). They also have agreed to reimburse me a partial
days work to put the keys in. I suggested that it would be much cheaper,
easier, and quicker, for them to pay me to replace the keytops, but their
policy is to replace the whole keyboard. It did take a while for them to
get here (July), but it all worked out fine. Ya gotta love 'em.
