Make copies of the Code of Ethics of the PTG and hand one to the
customer who is complaining and keep your piece. Otherwise, follow the
code yourself. Do not get into bashing the other technician otherwise
you will be joining him in his sewer. Word of mouth is the best
advertising so you will win and he will lose.
