This is a multi-part message in MIME format. ---------------------- multipart/alternative attachment Elian - I am firmly of the opinion that Bechstein make the BEST upright pianos in the world - I was very tempted once in London but bought a Bechstein "C" Grand instead. You did NOT say what the model was so "taller-the-better" but even their smaller uprights are excellent. Somewhere I do have an old pricelist - if you're not in a great hurry I may find an opportunity to look it up for you. Bechsteins have been SOOoo expensive in USA that very few seem to be sold there in recent times. Sounds like this one has had some pretty regular use so YOU will have to judge the "current" value based upon replacement cost. You could also e-mail Bechstein for their advice. The only drawback is that next time hammers ought to be changed they were sanded but they are on the limit. Strings are ok and tunning pins are ok also. Any body has any idea whhat would be its price on the market in US$ Thank you in advance Elian Degen Piano Tuner and Technician Caracas, Venezuela degen@telcel.net.ve Phone 58-2-748547/ 58-14-9222981 Fax 58-2-748547 ---------------------- multipart/alternative attachment An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
