Is this common?

Hi,

Sorry to say so, I tuned once for a guy that brought to Venezuela 40
Samicks, I agree, is not a good piano, I found Hammers missaligned with the
strings, missaligned jacks, some of them developed jumpy tuning pins after
several years, but I never found one with a fallen keyboard. I would check
for the reason first.
