Hmm, how about a damper corroded wire, making noise as it went through the 
bushing?  Maybe a wire hitting a string, or a damper head or wire hitting the 
plate?
Maybe an underlever spring vibrating, or even the spring to the tray emitting 
a squeak.  if not those, give a few more clues.
