Ron,

I seem to get stuck on using one tool for a task - your suggestion of combining 3
is excellent. The visegrips could go sideways, with a loose bolt through the
delegnit, etc. attached to the impact hammer. This is how I'll do it next time
(though I'll probably get it in the face or something).
