Final Tuning + New International Pitch

Grin... Happy New Year to you as well Horace... sorry about my last.. I guess I
got started on the ol Aqua Vitæ a bit early ...:) In any case it seemed as
reasonable an explanation as any for switching to 432.  Almost New Age'ish in a
way..
