Affordable Vaccuum

Hi All,

Please forgive me if this topic has been covered, but I *quickly* searched
the archives and found nothing applicable.

I'm planning to buy a (shop) vaccuum, and would appreciate suggestions.  

The criteria (NOT in order of importance)...

a) Price:	$200 or less.
b) Style:	Upright Cannister.
c) Mobility:	One of those little "hand carts" would be nice, but not
essential. 
d) Power:	As much suck for the buck as possible.  
 
PLEASE... NO FLAMES...  I JUST COULDN'T PASS UP THE RHYME.  :-)

e) Noise:	As quiet as possible.
f) Wet/Dry:	Not very important.


If anyone knows of a commercially(sp?) available Shop-Vac, which matches
most, or all, of the criteria above, I'd sure like to know about it.
