I am assuming Al Sanderson is still applying statistically analysis to
test results.

In the past if a statistically significant number of people passed or
failed a particular part of the test then the multipliers were changed
to reflect a proper bell curve.  

The test is not static, it has been changed as needed and will
continue to evolve.

Questions and challenges are desirable because that is the only way we
grow.
