If the pin is far enough away from the plate, put an old worn =
out or # 3 tuning pin tip on your tuning hammer and place it on top of =
the broken pin. Then give it a couple of good wacks with a hammer. Not =
hard enough to drive the pin in any more. Then push down on the tuning =
pin tip with the heel of your hand and turn the pin out. /works like a =
charm. =20
