new piano pin replacement

Hi Glenn,

     I hope that it does not come to repinning this piano. Every piano sold 
to a dealer from a distributor/manufacturer is legally assumed to be salable. 
In other words, it has got to work. 

     Unless the distributor is now out of business, they can be called on 
this in a professional manner by the dealer or the dealer's attorney. It 
should go no further because the law is on the dealer's side. (As I 
understand it)
