Pianos exchanging hands doesn't enter into it. It's the piano owner (the one who owns the piano at present) that I recall tuning it 1.75 times during their ownership.  Tell you what.... I'll do a random search of my files tomorrow and report back to the List for I'll still be celebrating July 1. Guarantee you I'll be right 93.4 per cent of the time 19 times out of 20.
