This is why I like to establish a great, friendly rapport with my 
customer's. I like to be on a first name, casual basis with them, and use 
humor quite alot to make them feel at ease. I thank goodness for my sales 
background, not so I can sell a product, but sell myself, then, hopefully, 
everything else follows.
