As had been said before, RUN! Or if you can't resist. Charge more than standard for the Chiropractic adjustment and massage that you will need afterwards. Action removal is not that difficult on the ones I have removed. Remove the key slip, check under the key bed for any screws or bolts that may hold the action in place. The actions I've removed just pull straight out. Instead of fishing line for the jack spring cord, I've used dental floss. Larry Messerly, RPT
