Voicing new Yamaha Hammers

I use one needle as well.  You can voice the hammer for each string. 
Also as tip,  if you have one of those cordless Dremel moto-tools,  put
in the the smallest collet and put your voicing needle in it.  If the
hammers are extremely hard, it makes the job much easier.  I must give
credit to Dave Blanchard in Peoria, IL for that one!
