Mice In The Piano.

I was going to suggest  black snakes, but I don't think they live that far 
North?  When I maintained a shop, I had an exterminator visit regularly, and 
kill everything in the house and yard (except the kids and dog).  Man, 
NOTHING moved on my property that I didn't want there!
