"smelly piano"

I know you are just starting out, but learning to say "no" to some pianos 
comes with practice.  You could have a really bad reaction to that mold!  No 
amount of money is worth that job!  That piano is history!  If some cat peed 
on it, it will NEVER go away!

Just my humble opinion!  :)
