Is it a Grand or upright? lenth of hammer, bore etc.
Your location in the world
What is "affordable"? US Dollars, Can Dollars, Rand,  Pounds, Kroner, DM ?
What length and diameter of tuning pins
45 dual string dampers - do you mean bichords? 45 is an awful lot of
bichords.
etc. etc.
