If I am not mistaken, the series can also be written 0, 00, 000, 0000 and so 
forth.  It's a question of how many 0's and not how many 1's or 2's.  As in 
steel wool sizes, 0 equals 1/0, 00 = 2/0, 000 = 3/0 and so on.
