The down side to this is the necessity for record keeping, having to file more
tax forms, the risk of making accounting errors that require audits, and having
to explain to your customers, "No, I don't charge sales tax, the State does. I
just have the dubious honor of collecting it for them.".  Sales tax is no
bargain.
