Are your sure the case is wood and not composition? I had a similar problem some time ago with an old Yamaha music shelf glide - repairing the hole was not possible so I just drilled new holes. If this is the case with the Wurlitzer, repositioning the spring would seem the best repair. Bruce Greig NYC
